ATS keyword filters reject qualified candidates who use different terminology, non-standard resume formats, or adjacent experience. CV Matcher's semantic AI reads meaning — it finds the right candidates that keyword filters miss, without requiring you to tune keyword lists per role.
Is CV Matcher CCPA compliant?
Candidate data is isolated per account, never sold or shared with third parties, and deleted on request. We do not use candidate resumes to train AI models. CCPA deletion requests are handled promptly.
